Tong Ming denies betraying Yat-to as he suddenly realizes there is some matter about recording. Yat-to announces the Bill Committee’s latest decision to MarsPax and MDA. Tong Ming is also disheartened due to Yat-to distrusting him. Man-shun and Oi-ling just cannot persuade the duo. Tong Ming comes to see Ming-cheung at the appointed time.
