Marshall Paxton Hospital CE Yeung Yat-to puts forward Opening Up of the Drug Formulary Bill in LegCo, and he has also invited tuberous sclerosis complex patient Chiu Yuen-lan to share her experience. Meanwhile, Oi-ling and Man-shun attempt to extract splinters from the cervical spine and repair some artery for the public light bus driver.
