Though Brent is reluctant to give up control, he agrees to let Josh head up development on the first ever Beekman 1802 cookbook. At the shop, Beekman employee Maria is keen to show Brent she can handle new responsibilities on her own as Brent heads into the city to prepare for a huge heirloom vegetable auction he's put together with Sotheby's.
