There is a gap between SHAN and SHEK'S way of living. SHEK does not treasure the chance of getting a promotion while SHAN works hard for it. SHEK wants to improve and asks MAN to give him a chance to take the exam for promotion. However, knowing his poor English, SHEK asks LONG to teach him.
