A girl has fallen victim to a maniac, who wants to get even with her in the most refined manner: extend her cheeks with special medical devices and force her to sneeze so that her eyeballs drop out of their sockets. But we skip this moment and jump in time to the beginning of the story and see, why the girl let the maniac in her house. The reason is pity, which the girl experienced for the man when he sneezed.
