Master Tian (played by Li Jing) is the largest drug lord in Jiangcheng, he acts cautiously and was never personally involved in any transaction. Pingjiang City Police Bureau anti-drug brigade's captain Chen Changrong (played by Lu Nuo), in order to catch Master Tian, reluctantly went undercover in Master Tian's drug trafficking gang.
